Hi Semi (on IHub), investorshub.com

"an intel employee might be willing to sacrifice some future stock options, just to make sure that the Company Officers don't continue to take such a large chunk of the pie"

Way to go Semi. - You do sound like someone that has investors in mind.
My absolute best,
Amy J
PS In Italy, there's an entrepreneur who established a company where the employees determine the comp packages of their execs, rather than outside comp consultants. The execs have to "bid" for their work at every turn. If their rate is too high, they get passed over by their own employees, who do the determination rather than the Board. Should USA enterpreneurs do what the Italian entrep does? There's only going to be around 500 to 1000 high-tech startups left here, a very small group, friendly bunch, anyone could easily influence.
