Hi Steve, Wasn't it something like 150,000? What does Intel's proxy say? 1.3M sounds like accumulated total, not annual. If it's an annual grant, is it one-time annual grant or an annually repetitive grant? If the later, yeah, that would need some explaining - what's current accumluated total? At least he avoided Enronitis. But 1.3M annually repetitive wouldn't work for me. I doubt it's that. if the 1.3M was a one-time annual, then something must be up with his accumulated total - was he totally underwater? when did he start? Regards, Amy J
