Since the quotes were in italic, normal font would have distinguished your responses just fine, imho. Even for my "ancient" eyes.

Not just "a vial", since that does not make a country "dangerous". What happened to the "tons and tons and tons" of chem & bio WMDs? That's significantly more than "a vial", and yes, Bush administration needs to either find those tons or accept they have deliberately misled the international community.
