I don't know Art. However, I would say that there certainly are a lot of options floating around that still need to be accounted for. Doesn't continuous action on that matter now, mediate the Sudden Impact of whatever actions may be necessary in the future? (see page 75 in Annual Report)

As far as I can see, Donaldson's speech could of been drafted by rob. It's seems to be nothing more than blah, blah, blah. However, it is an indication that some form of changes may be in the wind.

It's hard to see anything positive coming out of the SEC's cajolings, General Spitzer's criminal brigade or prospects of civil litigation. It all just seems like a distractor for continuance of today's form of covert actions.
