AMD bot 1000 shares at 7.37 - Based on my charts the short term oversold condition could easily become overbought again within a matter of days.

The two indicators that I am using most to help with those reading are the 5 day TRIN or Traders index and the put to call ratio. You can follow them both at the following links:

investorshub.com

cboe.com

Note the high put to call ratio this morning which indicates far too mush bearishness. Anything over 1.0 is excessively bearish. Also the 5 day TRIN will not be overbought until it reaches around 0.85 (based on the 5 day sma which shows up in red in the upper left hand corner of my chart) so it with the final reading of the day yesterday closing over 2.25 it suggested the market would be strong today.

OT: The market is now officially overbought according to the 5 day TRIN and TRINQ scores:

Just thought I would let you know that the short term situation changed after 4 sessions. It can of course remain overbought for a while and would in fact need to close at or near these levels to officially be overbought tonight.
