Did not Qualcomm also invest in Korea Freetel?

I left it off the list on purpose....but forgot to put the explanation on why.

KT Freetel already had 10 million subscribers by the time that Qualcomm made the 5% investment in them. The subscribers for most of the rest of the carriers were a direct result of Qualcomm's investment, not so with KT Freetel. The investement was clearly based on jumpstarting BREW....which it did manage to do.

IMO....it isnt quite in the same category as the other investments.
