It skips the multiplier effect,
There is no multiplier when the money is wasted.

Even Junior can't spend as fast as the rest of the world is pulling back. This is a direct result of the ongoing deterioration of the economy since March 2001.

If Junior had been renovating buildings, or having the government install broadband information exchanges, or something there would be a multiplier effect. Instead he is spending billions to prop up Ubekistan, and reward Romania and Moldavia for their great support in Iraq, and to ship gasoline into the largest concentration of oil in the world. The rest is being spent to service debt.

It's not a rant, it's the the result of fanatisism trumping common sense when plans are made in washington.
