Good data on the timing of Vesper. It is pretty close to Telesp. Don't know what the effect of a Vesper bid might have had in the Telesp decision. But, also keep in mind Chile's Smartcom which was sold for a profit and was the first CDMA system in LA. Also a former QSI investment.
