I actually like shorting stocks that go against the Dow. Helk, my short is up again and the Dow is down. Sure makes me feel like I nailed the position I am in.

Shack, we have discussed various LT indice counts, and per recollection many SPX/INDU counts we have looked at seem to have rule violations, or other undesirable features.

With reference to some doodling do these make any sense? The SPX may be ready for a 5th per this count, and the Compx in a large correction, yet unclear where it goes. The Nikkei corrected for a long time, before it started a brother leg down.

As I recall you seem to prefer to come up with a [1] where I have the 3, but is there a way to achieve this without a rule violation, in the SPX?

Perhaps we are not as far along in the SPX secular bear as some have opined, or further, depending upon viewpoint.
