There is the Al Qaeda international terrorist conspiracy, and there is the neocon anglophile empire conspiracy. They overlap only because the neocons use the outrage over the Al Qaeda attack to provide tenuous justification for their empire building. Al Qaeda provides no willing cooperation, they were just the necessary emotional crisis.

Your parody theories do not fit the facts whereas the facts lead me to my theories.
