"Bringing Down the House" My girlfriend loved it, I felt like walking out, and did for a few minutes. Portrayed all Black people as being stereotyped criminals, poor, and unable to speak English and all White people as stereotyped bigoted, rich, and prissy. And a White man being attracted to a Black woman in the movie is labeled as a "Freak". I do not mind movies about class warfare, but thought this one about race warfare, even though a comedy, was in poor taste. Just my humble opinion; my girlfriend, and most reviews that I have seen, liked it.
