Earned it , my tush.....it was a phoney publicity stunt that put the CIC of the US in jeapardy for political gain. I guarantee you the Secret Service did not approve. There was no reason he could not have waited a few hours and walked on board that ship to greet the returning soldiers and sailors.... It will not help his election campaign because it clearly phoney....
