If Bush is not getting all his Judicial nominees confirmed to me that means the system IS working. Why should he get 100%! But he wants 100% because he can't get some of his nominees through. Why would he push a candidate after six times failing to break a filibuster for that nomination? If the Senate has too many objections to that Judge then drop him. Why keep pushing him on America? I don't want Judges on federal benches that Bush appointed anyhow. Are they loyal to the Constitution or to the NWO? That's my thought. cnn.com
