Along with NETP, I own CARE as a cash-rich takeover play. At $.80, CARE's stock price is well under its $1.18 cash per share. CARE's burn rate is under control and its business seems to have great potential.
Any opinions on CARE?

Have you looked at NETM and ALVR. Not sure whether either of these were discussed by you. Both were mentioned on the value investors thread.

Also, I am a holder of NETP and appreciated your input on that pick.
