marc ultra - re: ("Investors Intelligence 69.59% bulls/(bulls+bears)") IMHO, it reflects bullish advisors anticipating higher stock prices resulting from coming income tax relief and from anticipated FED repurchases of treasury bonds that would put further downward pressure on interest rates in the coming months to stimulate a so far anemic economic recovery in time for the 2004 election. Maybe that's what is behind Bob's March 11 call to invest remaining cash reserves. P
