Hey, why go anywhere? Stay in Texas. "It's a whole other country." :P~~~

I took a vacation in November - went to San Antonio. I'll probably take another in July, to Pennsylvania with an outing to NYC for a day. Don't feel comfortable spending the money at the moment. My "consumer confidence" is low.

Oh, heavens, I would go to France in a heart beat; Germany in the second heart beat. There are things called personal finances that put a bit of crimp in those heart beats as they become travel plans but nonetheless.

Several groups of friends have just returned from both. No problems. Their conclusion. Anger at the Bush folk; not at Americans.
