if that isnt a buy signal I dont know what is. Do those guys understand GSM 1X?

All three panelists agree, they said that was a scary thing When the guy said the scary thing is that they all agree, he meant it as in the old saw "when we all agree we will probably be wrong" or when everyone believes the market will go lower, it will probably go higher. But it was just one guy saying this after everyone else said it was going lower and one guy said "GSM is beating CDMA everywhere in the world". (Last line gives you some sense of the credibility of these guys.)
