Yes, everything I have read is that the School Administrators will not stand up to the "I'll Sue" threat. Special Ed has got to the point that people are using it as a way to get their kids a good education. Get a Doctor to sign that their little brat has some special condition, and, "low and behold," he gets his own private tutor. Probably not that bad, but there is a lot of this type of thing going on, IMO.
