The truck would might be driven into a building or huge tent and plumbing to the input materials and out to storage vessels or munitions would be connected. Then when disconnected the truck could be quickly disinfected for transport. Assuming an end to end manufacturing, maximum flexibility is accomplished with a completely open structure.
