The school failed. Universities, this 1.000 anachronism, failed. Hence the excluded.

School, which should had prepared the exclude for real life didn't. There were (excludeable) people who have never been necessarey anytime. For those, pseudo-jobs were created. It was kind fropm a human standpoint. But it was wrong.

There, right now, millions of kids studying hard to become excluded. The university, now that there is a lack of 18 year olds coming to them, it has to use a lot of cunning to atract them to study to become unemployed.

Chemistry is dead. Attracts no one. They offer a course in forensic science and the kids, who grew watching X-Files, enroll in droves. The unemployed that have studied environmental sciences, marine biology -beacase it was a nice idea to earn money help "saving" the Amazon jungle, tirtles or other stuff that catches ignornat's people imagination. All unemployed now.
