Ref: SNIC. Just ta'd SNIC after close yesterday. It is not a slam dunk buy as there seems to be 2 p-acts, one on 04-03-03 and one on 04-07-03. It is below the 04-07 but above the 04-03. Key is to watch the tick and b/a, and of course - good market is a requirement.
