Folks, It has hardly been a couple of months since I refinanced my house for 5.375% on a 15 year fixed. I was pleasantly surprised to recieve a UPS Next Day Air package from the dear bankers at Wells Fargo with a special time limited offer - 5.5% on a 30 year or a 4.875% on a 15 year and ZERO closing costs, all lender paid. It was too good to be true and I called to verify if there are no hidden charges. They said the closing can be done by mail and the payoff amount will be just transferred over. If I take this offer it will be my third refinancing in as many years. I will become a serial refinancer. I love Greenie and the USA ! To hell with the naysayers :-) Simba
