   *An effective/honest press      A venal, muzzled and 
                                   highly censored and self-
                                   censored corporate media 
                                   which acts, in effect, 
                                   like a mouthpiece for 
                                   an Orwellian Ministry of 
                                   Truth. 

   *Habeus Corpus                  A legal kludge, called

                                   basic civil rights to

                                   aggressions as in Iraq.
