They are, the people get the tax cut and it trickles up to the government. It isn't like those upper 50% that pay all the taxes also don't use/invest their money, and everyone benefits in all brackets and the government too.

This tax cut BS is becoming tiresome to me. Any fool knows that if you cut the RATES those that pay MORE will get back MORE those that pay LESS will get back LESS. The FACT IS that as a package MORE PERCENTAGE WISE goes to the lower income groups then to the upper income groups. Its just the CONSTANT DOLLARS that are larger to the upper income groups. It will ALWAYS be that way cause they pay in substantially more. jdn
