Too early to tell. If the virus doesn't mutate, then likely an infection will be protective, at least for some period. 'Flu mutates, which is why people are not resistant (or only partially resistant) to new strains. You can get numerous colds because there are literally hundreds of different bugs that can produce cold symptoms. Infection with one doesn't provide protection against a different one.
