<font color=blue> You wrote:"which is peace in the middle east and IMHO that goal will ONLY be accomplished if the Palistinians have their own nation and THEN can be HELD RESPONSIBLE AS A NATION for their deeds. "<font color=black>

Why does "calling" the Palestinians a nation change the equation? Iraq was a nation, but Iraq being a nation changed little. North Korea is a nation. Cuba is a nation. What does being a nation have to do with stopping the acts of oppression, terrorism and brutality?

<font color=blue> You wrote:"To get rid of Arafat he must be shown to the PALISTINIANS not to the rest of us as an IMPEDIMENT to their desires NOT an asset."<font color=black>

Before Arafat called for the Intafada, the Palestinians had the highest standard of living among all Arabs. Now the Palestinian Arabs live in misery. As long as the Palestinians are taught in school to hate and blame Christians and Jews for all their misery, thugs like Arafat will continue to thrive.

A Palestinian nation is a useless exercise. It will only have to be invaded and destroyed, when it proves (again!) that Palestinians-like most other Islamic primitives-only use power to become even more murderous.

The war with world Islam did not end with the disposal of Saddam-it only continued on what will be a long, long road...
