I compared the quantitative amount of violence without any moral judgment. You won't be able to provide quantitative evidence that today's Germany is more racist than the USA. People are people everywhere. Ever heard of the Milgram experiment? note that I did not say weapons but equipment for WMD And the USA is blameless?
