chinu,

I suggest you not join a debate society. You stink at it.

My 'I don't give a sh*t' remark was made in the context that I don't care about the nittpicky criticisms that people (or countries) make as long as I know I'm doing the right thing. I certainly don't have a problem getting constructive input from people.

You're a good case in point. You're the one who made the remark that the Palestinians and Israelis should 'duke it out'. IMO, not a very constructive plan for peace. In the dim hope of drawing you out into a more optimistic outlook of the mideast I ended my previous post imploring you to give me reasoned arguments for an alternative mediator that would be better than the USA. Anotherwards, I was asking you for your opinion. I actually did care about your making a valuable contribution to the peace process.

But, you made no effort at all to come up with a reasonable alternative or to answer my previous point that the mediator was a decision best decided by the two principles involved.

Instead of a constructive argument your response was to compare my remark to US policy, which is a ridiculous analogy, and then segue into a completely different subject and make a rambling statement about how winning a military victory doesn't entitle the US to force Arab countries to negotiate with Israel.

And, that entire argument made no sense either because all I'm interested in at the moment is to see a peace effort between Israel and the Palestinians not the other Arab nations. And, I never said anything about "forcing" the arab nations to do anything.

So, given the efforts I've gone through to reach you and try to engage you in a rational discussion why, at this point, should I give a sh*t about YOUR opinions?

It's obvious to anyone who reads your posts that you're not the least bit interested in peace between the Palestinans and the Israelis. What steams me personally is your continual pretense that you are posting for the good of the Palestinians. What a lie! Your opinions will get them all dead.

It's amazing how similar your views are to people like Gustave, Emile, Raymond Duray, Len Grasso and a bunch of others. With friends like that who needs enemies?
