victor, $85k in many areas of the country is extremely well off. in some, like mine, it isn't too much.

however, the fact is that the top 10% richest people own over 70% of america and only pay 68% of the taxes.

yes, they UNDERPAY based on that reasonable metric. i'm tired of supporting them. -lol-

the only argument here is that not all of the top 10% income people are part of that top 10% richest people. ok, reducing the cap gains tax makes that inequity even worse, not better.
