Funny stuff, in the more developed part of the world those with enviromental ideas take
parts in governments and regimes.

Must be something about that mental stage of evolution, not just baysucking K-12??

One even needs to do some basic division.

However, as the idea of proportional representation is much older than regular
division-machines, one can do it with simple addition and subtraction.

But it would probably not serve USA well, as the 2-party system has served USA so well.
One must admit that it is easier to gerrymander voting districts, and why not
ballots to make it more directly.
