Winner-takes-all is a deeply embedded idea of USA, in every embedded and gerrymandered voting district. Despite not asking any know-nothing voter on how to draw that salamander.. Do you suggest something un-american?? Or just the regular, traditional and popular know-nothing stuff??

Personally I would suggest the safe, trickle-down, know-nothing model. It has served USA well.
