This is ridiculous. This is the second time this has happened. Mgmt needs to take Reg FD seriously, for two reasons: 1. Every time they open their mouths, it costs the shareholders money. 2. It's not FAIR, and as a shareholder, I don't want anyone getting an edge, even if it's just a wink, wink. I'm not so naive as to believe that life is always fair, but in this case, we should be able to get pretty close; closer than Siebel mgmt has gotten so far.
