Steve,
This is just what the doctor ordered to remedy our ill economy. Now we've got the triple antibiotic stimulus of monetary policy, fiscal stimulus and a weakening dollar to import a little inflation and corporate pricing power. The critically ill economy should recover enough for most people to see by Q1 04. The side effects of these antibiotics won't be seen until after the patient recovers and will probably be evidenced by the patient wheezing inflation. But at least the economy will have survived and there is a simple over the counter cure for inflation which we all know is rising interest rates. Which would then help our ill dollar. The cycle continues and the patient lives. How bout that Dr. Greenspan<g>.
