They were driven out of Jordan during Black September because they kept firing their Soviet-built artillery into Israel. When one can say that a Palestinian CANNOT live, work, pay taxes, raise a family, VOTE, and generally enjoy the civilized peace of Isreal-as long as he does so PEACEFULLY-then there MAY be an argument for a Palestinian state. But, given what we know today (and in the light of the 91101 bombings), it would still be a very WEAK argument...
