The disruption of command and control was incredibly successful, psyops was very effective and or all we know, we got Saddam in one of those air strikes.....the full story has not yet been told....

Nice thought Sherlock.....if they disabled the Scuds, and they had warheads of gas or bio's, we wouldn't still be trying to find our first samples.....
