an old college roommate once lived in Boise Idaho
(or as locals pronounce, AYE'-DE-OH accent on first syllable)

his son was 16 yrsold, on ski team
he raved to me how cool the skiing was in Aydeoh
his school went 15 miles north to a small but gorgeous resort
the kid was really pissed off when they moved back east to Virginia
he traded lovely mountains and dry air, for swamps and mosquitoes

but at least he was closer to his Uncle Jim
the kid went to UVirginia, with some influence wielded by me

yup, northeast skiing is picturesque
in 1990 a certain marketing research conference attracted my attention
it was held in Ketchum Idaho at Sun Valley
way cool, longest trail runs in my lifetime of memory
