WLD, I don't see LLCF's comments as inconsistent. The critics of Wall St analysts ( myself included) are critical of the consistently overly optimistic projections and the tactic of stocks consistently reported " better than expected" earnings with little comment on the fact that the estimates were quietly lowered during the quarter. In addition, the use of proforma numbers do not serve the investing public. Wall St has also been silent on many accounting issues which have the effect of overstating the true earnings power of corporations. There was a time when accountants erred on the side of conservatism now they push the envelope and beyond see Aurthur Andersen . mike
