Craig, you know that under all is the land, and a dozen plus years ago when I had a family farm (in a Zoned Industrial Neighborhood), where I serviced the property of others as their all lines insurance agent. So I had the awakening that it all keyed into property ownership. As to the main points that drew me to Pacific Bay and as well as my growth into real estate; it is the Land and its proxiemity location, LOCATION, and LOCATION! I saw that here a year ago with the VMS, massive sulphides, in the claims in BEST SPOTS of an area in the Yukon( because they were first to stake in some cases-hense the favorable 40-60% JV's); and now this year with the 75,000 acres in Brazil comming to the next stage of development( in the SAME Greenstone Belt aka The Guyana Shield as ol Placer with 13,000,000 Ounces of AU at Las Christanis-and neighbor there KRY). I can say that if the spec on the KRY thread is valid, that Barrick is a second one to vie for a place in the sun there, then theere will be a loser; and there will be MULTIPLE WINNERS. Eventually, as if the Goods are there we have shown that initial sampling in Brazil is a broad range of 1-5 OPT to a minnimum of one -sixth OPT then what go we have, ONE DARN EASILY ECONOMIC numbers and we have no JV Partner to turn this intoi split percentages of CASH. That is the next step. They have announced that. They discover, they JV, they mine. We can profit. In Brazil the Lab says ( 6 months ago ) that we have 1.300,000 Ounces of Gold based on sampling to 2 meters, the bedrock is about, don't hold me 100 feet, so 5 feet divided by 100feet is a factor of interpolation of 20. Hence, on the hight side divide by 20. On the medium divide by 10 on the low 1. So I asked them last week, this sampling was not average out on some hugh percentage of the 75,000 acres was it, answer, " No, No, only a small percent of the land area , just one camp !!! So worst case sceanerio, they only develope out one camp area. Best case is MULTIPLE CAMPS, say 2 even, say the Modifier is a multiple of 10 on each, we got a ticket to a conventional mine in a politically stable( I was a Poly Sci Major) vast area, near the industrialized most areas of South America and North America; so what have I left out. This thing can be into production, in short time with big numbers, it is verified as IN THE MONEY ! How much money, only time, effort of management and the economics and richness of the grades will tell; just like that mine we visited starting up in Phoenix, Arizona-this JUNE!!! So you have some reason to read the good numbers on the gold in the Brazil News Releases, the Copper and Silver & Gold in the JV next door neibors with JV's in place at Finlayson Lake Mining Camp in the Yukon which are coming in at triple on averge the grades at surface to be economic which is THE reason to invest in Copper this year as per a TNM article on CU a few months ago. Craig, watch this one from SD, darn I wish I was in the sun, we have 4 inches on snow and twenties. At least we have electricity, unlike some of our Canadian Friends. Speaking about power, I am hopefull that this dropp is the calm befor the storm. I think gold is turning here. With that said, if you were thinking of doing a JV, wouldn't it be good timing now, as the mid winter blues seem to always disappear! Time to ramp up for the next spring...which is around the corner. Chuc Woodchuc-groundhog/I did NOT see my Shadow. Dave Brett just came back from the Sunny Place- I bet he saw sun.
