Perhaps. Folks who thought like that 12 months ago however, probably got a margin call when it fell to 23... it's easy to get hurt on margin if there are spikes in volatility.

If you think a purchase at 30 is marginable, then you might contemplate buying the 05 Jan 20 LEAPS calls at $13.70 or so. At 6% interest, the $20 you don't spend will earn $2.04 in interest over the next 20 months. Compared to the $2.58 in time premium, pretty low.
