I agree that he wasn't conforming to UN resolutions -- the gargantuan piles of cash from the Bank of Jordan shows that, for one thing. However, in what way was he acting like he had WMD? He denied it, of course, and he wasn't using any, so ???

I doubt that Bush will lose credibility for the war regardless of what they don't find unless the economy implodes, and then he will lose credibility as an after thought as they run him from power.
