This is in fact the source of the problem. Other people will not submit or get used to it.


We are not going around attacking every country that disagrees with us on anything.

But we will deal more aggressively with countries that openly declare themselves hostile to the USA.

Attacking American interests located in their country will lead to the withdrawl of these targets from such a country.

And if the governments of "various populations" can not or will not control terrorist coming from their country to attack American in America then those government will have a much bigger problem. Perhaps the country will find that it no longer has any airports. A "quarantine" has been placed on the country.
