what kind of thinking are you referring to? look at CFZ: other than two or three people, all the other bears have "thought" this thing out so well they've either already blown up and disappeared or are too scarred and scared to post they're short.

bears are no more immune from missing the big picture than bulls. in fact, maybe less immune, since there seems to be a perverse pleasure in preferring being "right", no matter how long it takes or how much it costs.

i would love to see some of the thinking you're referring to. how about some of it is focused on answering the question everybody wants to ignore: what happened to the JPM meltdown that never happened? i, personally, feel i could learn a great deal from all of you having a genuine, fact-not-conspiracy discussion of the issue.

i'll even shut up and just listen. -g-
