<our quest is still the same. . . > Not to worry. Our move was made primarily for other reasons and the fact that it can make us more independant is just a side benefit. My wife has always dreamed of living on a small farm and having animals and gardens. We spent 15 years on lakefront properties(the lakefront was my dream)and a combination of her pottery business needing a new location (and it's her turn to fulfill a dream) has brought us to this point in our lives. For me it is going to be a new challenge and experience that I look forward to. Be well, Mike
