Oh, KL, I can't believe you posted this. Didn't you read my earlier post? The Democratic BS about the "Clinton Army" is hilarious. During Clinton's eight years, he was treated with total contempt by the DOD. He cut their overall budget, but they negotiated what they wanted with Congress, and paid no attention to Clinton. He even claims he tried to get them to attack Osama with SF in Afghanistan, and they turned him down The Commander in Chief got told to "Forgeddaboutit!"

The Army that Bush inherited was the "DOD's Army" and they were so used to doing as they pleased that Rummy had one hell of a job reigning them in.

Clinton "built" no army. That is the most inane description of what Clinton did vis-a-vis our military that I've ever read. Your whole post is total, reeking bs.
