Neither DOT or BKX has really turned and looks like DOT has room to move. BKX could continue higher to make a strong breakout.

Of course, there is nothing to really warrant a further move up, than short covering.

edit: I realized that I couldn't find 3 black crows on BKX, so I looked at BTK, and wahhla.

Of course the 3 black crows were negated, imo, by a breakout above where those began. Ideally, you look for it to retrace 50%.
