I don't know how well the dots are connected on that one, or if there's enough information to draw any conclusions, but I do think the associations were more than a little interesting. Still, there does seem to be a very direct connection between terrorist activities and Carlyle Group profits. Corporate mercenaries specializing in black ops isn't something that had crossed my mind before running down some of the information contained in my last post. It does seem to dovetail nicely with the other wheels within wheels.
