I thought he said it right, albeit ambiguously. Example: Total available market = 100 Served available market = 21 ABC's market = 20 ABC has 20% of the total available market. ABC has 95% of the served available market. 20% of the total market = 95% of the served market. >> Assume Company ABC penetrates (20% of a total available market) which is (95% of a served available market). NOT >> Assume Company ABC penetrates 20% of a (total available market which is 95% of a served available market).
