No question Bloomberg has had a difficult situation to deal with. I personally feel though that some of his pet projects like the smoking ban are ridiculous. Bloomberg just adds to an already swollen & expensive bureaucracy...

What he is ACCOMPLISHING is the exodus of all remaining private sector business OUT of NYC. Only the middle class, which he oppresses like Stalin, will be trapped. But they, too will leave him alons with his beloved bureaucrats and teacher's unions.

I'm not saying NYC doesn't DESERVE him. When the city's gone, America will be improved. It is, however, still a SHAME that a Bloomberg would receive a serious vote-much less get elected...
