Speaking of lifting boats, among the laggers I posted yesterday - TMAR and GW did their best today to join the energy bull. Frank's stubborness with these orphans may pay off yet. On the E&P side, buying across the board for the 6 days, with small cap getting dragged along. New highs in many names. I expect the current run to reach a peak in July-August, coincident and perhaps a little before the hottest days of the year. There is more fuel for this rally, as it can pull from the recent strength of the overall market.
