let's face it -- the man not only talks a lot -- but he has a real penchant for contrived photo opps. Does a true statesman make speeches from battle carriers? And what about this silly terrorism excercise that cost 16M dollars? Is anyone going to be more prepared because of this? (loved the NPR commentators questions regarding this to the administration spokesman -- made 'em look like a doofus) Or was this just a show to keep folks scared and supporting the military machine??

The politics of fear are disgusting, IMO. I'm not scared and I think his policies abroad will be shown to be a failure. RE WMD that Sadam could supposedly deliver here -- where's the beef??
